WINX - the Riverside Tower in Frankfurt / Main was completed in 2020 after a 5-year construction period. It is located in the banking district and is part of the Maintor site. The buildings on this site were all planned and constructed according to "green building standards". The most modern technology and above-average materials were used for the building equipment.

hatec Lichttechnik was able to play its part in the area of lighting: hatec equipped all conference rooms, the entire office tower, the post office and the Maintor WINX cafeteria on the 7th floor with a view of the skyline with intelligent lighting concepts. For the office lighting including the office corridors, bandraster lights with prism modules were used, controlled by brightness sensors. The overall energy efficiency could thus be reduced, and the lights also subtly underline the tasteful architecture.

In particular, the representative entrance area with reception counter and the conference zones with a large plenary hall were staged by hatec in terms of lighting technology: a light ceiling that rises in a groove leads the visitor from the ground floor to the conference floor on the first floor. The representative staircase is accompanied by an artificial light wall, which partly develops over two floors. All lights are controlled by a DMX signal, and their brightness and light color are regulated throughout the day - representative and appealing for the guests of the house. All rooms are flooded with light and receive visitors as the day progresses
